Luvish 7-Day Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing

All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of receipt (excluding weekends and public holidays).

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is accepted and enters processing.
2. Shipping Timeframe

Standard domestic shipping across India: up to 7 business days from the date your order ships.

“Business days” exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and national public holidays.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with reputable couriers (e.g., India Post, Blue Dart, Delhivery) to ensure timely delivery.

You will receive a shipping notification email (and SMS, if opted-in) containing your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
4. Tracking Your Shipment

Use the provided tracking number on the carrier’s website to monitor your delivery status in real time.

If your tracking status does not update within 48 hours of shipment, please contact us at support@luvish.in.
5. Delivery Exceptions & Delays

While we aim for delivery within 7 business days, factors outside our control (e.g., extreme weather, carrier disruptions, customs clearance) may occasionally delay shipments.

For significant delays, we will notify you via email or SMS with updated estimates.
6. Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is a flat ₹50 per order*; free for orders over ₹1,500.

Any applicable GST, handling, or remote-area surcharges will be calculated at checkout.

7. Undeliverable & Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (incorrect address, delivery failures, refusal), we will contact you to confirm or update your shipping details.

Reshipment will incur the original shipping charge unless the return was due to our error.
